Any 8th grader interested in running cross country next year should plan to attend an informational meeting next Wednesday – May 23rd at 4:00pm. The meeting will be in classroom C109 at the high school. If you have any questions you can contact Coach O’Conner at the high school or see Coach Belk here at LTMS who will put you in touch with Coach O’Conner.

If you are a current 8th or 7th grade student who knows LTMS like the back of your hand…then we need you!

We are looking for Student Guides to assist with showing new families and incoming 6th graders around the campus during RoundUp.  You will be their guide in walking them through the RoundUp process, giving them fun facts about LTMS, and ensuring they have helpful hand in you.

If you are interested in being a Student Guide and earning service hours; please stop by the office and fill out the interest form before May 20th.  Then we will contact all interested students to attend a brief training session before school ends.

Attention NJHS officers and new NJHS officers: Please meet in room 216 on Thursday at 8:00. This meeting is mandatory. Officers who are unable to meet at this time must inform Mr. Bass prior to Thursday in order to  maintain your officer status.

The 8th grade tickets to the LTMS & HBMS mixer party going into the High School will be sold at lunch this week thru the school store. The tickets are a cool, glow in the dark wrist band. The bracelets will be their ticket into the dance. We will still need to get the students name as you purchase your wrist band ticket for door prizes and in case someone looses their band. Their name will be highlighted on the 8th grade list as they purchase a ticket.

The tickets will be $8.00 this week and $10.00 at the door. All proceeds will go toward Class of 2016 Project Graduation.  Checks it will be made out to Project Graduation Class of 2016.

Gov Club members our Officer election will be this FRIDAY in the auditorium!!  If you are wanting to run for President, Vice President, Secretary or a class representative please see Miss Hanslik by this Wednesday to get your name in the hat.  Be there to cast your vote for our newly elected officers this Friday

Our joint end of year party if this Thursday from 4-6 right here at the middle school.  Games 2 U will be providing the entertainment and Mr. Maedgen will be grilling up the dogs.  See you there!!

If you received a pass yesterday to serve as a tour guide for the upcoming 5th grade visits, please report to the library classroom now.

You must attend this meeting in order to participate on Monday.

The Dance Club will be having the end of the year party tomorrow at 8 am in the dance room. Wear your dance club tee shirt!
