Here is the updated physical packet for the 2013-2014 athletic year.
We will not accept physicals dated before May 1st and this is in RED print on the physical sheet. Also the Emergency forms we added their Student ID #. This will help when logging in new athletes to Rank one. Hoping to go Electronic sometime soon and if so parents log in by student ID.
Reminder physicals are May 11th at the CAC starting at 8:00 am – Noon. Cost is $20
