A Note from Food and Nutrition Services
As we approach the completion of the 2012-2013 school year, the LTISD Food and Nutrition Services (FANS) department has begun to settle all lunch accounts which currently have a negative balance. Therefore, FANS will implement a "no negative balance" policy for all lunch accounts beginning May 15th. Students will not be able to charge a meal that would incur a negative balance equivalent to 2 complete meals (as is allowed during most of the regular school calendar). If a student would like to purchase a plate and their account is at zero ($0.00) or below, they will be given a cheese sandwich meal. Please use this opportunity to replenish your child’s Lunch Money Now account with funds desired to last until the end of school. Transportation changes will only be accepted until 1 p.m. Due to our growth, we cannot accommodate later changes without risk of messages not being delivered.
