Dr. Allen earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Texas at Arlington and a doctorate in educational leadership from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served as a classroom teacher, coach, high school assistant principal, high school principal, assistant superintendent for administration, and interim superintendent during his 16-year professional career. Dr. Allen has worked with the Birdville, Grapevine-Colleyville, and Midway Independent School Districts and the University of Texas at Austin.
Additionally, Dr. Allen works with all Assistant Superintendents and Department Directors to support the vision, mission, and goals of LTISD. He directly supervises extracurricular programs and campus principals.
