A child must be 5 by Sept. 1 to register for Kindergarten.

In order to register your child please provide the following 5 documents, plus completed enrollment forms (see below for details.) 

1. Birth Certificate 
2. Proof of Residency (ie; lease agreement, sales contract,closing documents, property tax statement, property deed.)
3. Immunization records
4. Photo ID of Person Registering Child
5. Social Security Card (preferred, but optional)

We cannot complete enrollment until the above documentation is provided and the enrollment forms are completed.

The LPE enrollment forms can be obtained in two ways:

 

1. Online:  Click on the appropriate-year site shortcut "Registration Packet" in the panel on the upper left side of this page.

 

OR

 

2. School office: Pick up a registration packet in the front office of LPE or one can be mailed to you upon request.
